I glanced at Michelle, as she complained bitterly about the lengthy work day.  My colleague of two years had always been vocal about her work when she was feeling stressed; today being no different.  I knew that she had an assignment due for our boss by the end of the day and, as usual, had left things to the last minute.  Now she was scrambling to make everything fit together in time for the deadline, as well as allowing time for our lunch out.  We rarely had enough spare time to eat out nowadays, and today was a rare treat that we had organised weeks ago to celebrate a recent birthday.  One
