This bush is close to where I live, but I usually don't have my camera with me when I pass it. It's really quite pretty.

Also, thanks to the commenters who let me know the name of this beautiful bush! This plant is called Japonica.

As a plant scientist I just wanted to clarify that the actual name for this plant is flowering quince in most countries. The scientific name is Chaenomeles speciosa.
